Shipping policy

Our standard shipping time is less than two weeks. Occasionally during peak times a longer shipping time can be expected and will be communicated on our Home Page banner or during an Instagram Live. Once we have shipped we have no control over the amount of time a package takes in transit. Please be sure to refer to your tracking information, which will be emailed to you once a shipping label has been created.

Large and heavy item's shipping is an estimate. If an additional shipping fee is required due to incorrect estimations that amount must be paid prior to shipping. If additional amount is not paid within 48 hours of contact the customer forfeits the item and funds paid.
